This page explains how to delete your ZONE app account and personal data.
You can delete your ZONE account directly in the app using the account deletion option. When you delete your account, ZONE deletes personal data associated with your account, including:
You can disconnect Strava or WHOOP without deleting your full ZONE account. When you disconnect a provider, ZONE stops future syncing from that provider, removes the connection tokens, and no longer imports new data from that provider.
Disconnecting Strava or WHOOP from ZONE does not delete your original Strava or WHOOP account. To delete data stored directly by Strava or WHOOP, you must use the deletion tools or privacy settings provided by those services.

Before deleting data by email request, we may need to verify that you are the account owner. This helps protect your account from unauthorized deletion requests.
We aim to process deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible and normally within 30 days. If additional time is required because of technical, legal, or security reasons, we will let you know where required.
Deleting your ZONE account does not automatically delete:
To delete data from those third-party services, you must contact or use the account tools of those services directly.
ZONE does not intentionally keep separate deleted-account backups. Some limited data may remain temporarily in infrastructure, logs, or security systems where technically necessary or legally required.
